Renko is an award-winning speaker, Trainer, Enablement Manager and Facilitator.
 

I’m a Belgian communication professional based in Berlin, passionate about public speaking, sales, enablement, and facilitation.

Currently, I lead the Sales Enablement Team at Leapsome, an AI-powered people platform that drives HR excellence and high-performing teams. We optimize sales processes and elevate sales skills, focusing on creating impactful training and resources that empower sellers to close deals efficiently and effectively.

I’ve been recognized as a master of public speaking and storytelling, winning numerous competitions, including the District 95 Humorous Speech Contest in Prague.
As the former president of Berlin’s largest speech club, I fostered a community dedicated to honing communication skills. My experience includes coaching individuals to deliver compelling TEDx Talks and conducting workshops on public speaking and advanced sales techniques.
I also host storytelling events and shows featuring jugglers and drag queens, infusing creativity into every performance.

With a strong focus on facilitation, I design strategic workshops that help teams collaborate more effectively. By guiding discussions, managing time, and maintaining focus, I ensure clear, actionable decisions.

Additionally, I have contributed to De Standaard, Belgium's largest newspaper, sharing insights about my experiences living abroad.

My background as an Enterprise seller, closing deals with clients such as BNP Paribas, British Telecom, Latam Airlines, and the European Commission, provides me with a unique perspective on audience engagement.

I am described as somebody who sees the bigger picture, hands-on and result-driven.
